Kate Holland, also known as Kate Erin Gibson, is an American actor, currently based in Greensboto, North Carolina, with strong ties to New York City. Originally from Charm City (Baltimore, Maryland), Kate is well-known for her interpretations of Zelda Sayre Fitzgerald, wife of F. Scott Fitzgerald, in a variety of plays based on her or her and her famous husband.
Kate carries a graduate degree in Musical Theatre Performance from New York University and has studied extensively at The Barrow Group with master teachers Lee Brock and Seth Barrish. The official National Anthem Singer of the Star-Spangled Banner Flag House in Baltimore, Kate has had the pleasure of singing the anthem at many sporting events and conferences and aspires to sing at all 30 Major League Baseball stadiums.
In addition to acting, Kate is very active in the industry as a director, producer, theatrical general manager, and production manager. Currently, the Executive Director at Triad Stage a professional regional theatre in North Carolina, she has worked with world-renown artists and speakers and finds inspiration in the artists who are most different from herself. Kate is also an avid runner and sailor and ran her first marathon in 2019 in New York City.
